Proper alignment is critical for safe handling, even tire wear, and the confident, planted feel Subaru owners love, especially on wet Pacific Northwest roads.

At East Valley Auto Rebuild in Kent, WA, we combine advanced alignment equipment with true Subaru expertise. Founded by Mark Bryant, the Independent Subaru Guru, and his wife Denise, our family-owned shop has over 30 years in the automotive industry, a 7,000-square-foot facility, and a reputation for unmatched quality and precision on everything from alignments to full engine and suspension work.

We're "Your Sensible Dealership Alternative" for Subaru alignment service that's precise, transparent, and built around your safety.

Why Subaru Wheel Alignment Matters in the Pacific Northwest

Driving around Kent, Auburn, Renton, Federal Way, Seattle, and Tacoma means dealing with potholes, rough patches, steep hills, and constant rain. Over time, those conditions can knock your alignment out of spec and lead to:

  • Uneven or rapid tire wear

  • Pulling or drifting to one side

  • A crooked steering wheel when driving straight

  • Vibration or instability at highway speeds

  • Less predictable braking and cornering

A proper Subaru wheel alignment in Kent, WA helps:

  • Maximize tire life and protect your investment

  • Keep your steering precise and predictable

  • Improve stability in wet or slick conditions

  • Reduce strain on suspension and steering components

  • Make your Subaru more comfortable and enjoyable to drive

Because we understand Subaru AWD systems and suspension geometry, we align your vehicle the way Subaru intended, not just "close enough."

Subaru Alignment Service with
Precision Tools and Subaru Specs

At East Valley Auto Rebuild, our Subaru alignment service combines precision equipment with Subaru-specific knowledge.

Our process typically includes:

1. Initial Road Test

We start by driving your Subaru to feel how it behaves, pulling, wandering, vibration, and steering response.

2. Thorough Suspension & Steering Inspection

Before we perform any Subaru front end alignment, we inspect:

  • Tie rods and ball joints
  • Control arm bushings
  • Struts, shocks, and springs
  • Wheel bearings and steering components
3.

If something is worn or loose, we'll tell you up front. We won't perform an alignment if the underlying suspension issues would immediately ruin the results.

4. Precision Alignment Measurements

Using advanced alignment equipment and top-grade measuring tools, we measure:

  • Camber
  • Caster
  • Toe
  • Thrust angle and overall geometry
5.

We use Subaru-specific alignment specifications and procedures, not generic settings.

6. Adjustments & Verification

We make the necessary adjustments to bring your Subaru back into spec, then re-check readings and road test again to verify real-world results.

7. Clear, Easy-to-Understand Explanation

We'll review the alignment printout with you, explain what was out of spec, what we adjusted, and how it affects your tire wear and handling.

This blend of technology and Subaru knowledge is what allows us to deliver consistently accurate wheel alignment results.

The quality of work is top notch. Took my 2011 STI there to get the head gaskets done and could not be more pleased with the work they did and how they treated me through the process. Sent photos and videos of the entire process while taking apart the motor. Great people who really do want the best for the customer and their car. Would absolutely take my Subaru there again if needed.

I brought my 2017 wrx with a blown engine to Mark at east valley auto rebuild. I really liked how he took the extra time to discuss all my available options, from keeping it stock to going with more quality parts. Mark covered it all with his extensive knowledge while he tooks us out to lunch. He really made sure that what I wanted out of and from the car is what I got.

Some of Our Professional Subaru Services

Below are some of our most popular Subaru Services and Repairs and descriptions of each.

Transmission Repair
Diagnosing and fixing issues within a vehicle's transmission system, which is responsible for shifting gears and transferring power from the engine to the wheels. Repairs can range from replacing worn components like gears or seals to a full rebuild or replacement, depending on the severity of the problem.
Cylinder Head Repair
Involves inspecting and fixing issues with the cylinder head, such as cracks, warping, or valve damage. Repairs may include resurfacing, replacing valves or seals, and ensuring a proper seal with the engine block to maintain engine performance and prevent leaks.
Nose Job
Replacement of critical timing components including idlers, guides, water pump, belts or chains that wear as your engine ages. Breath fresh life into your vehicle knowing that these components are new top of the line parts designed for your vehicle.
Brake Repair
Involves inspecting, servicing, or replacing components of a vehicle's braking system — such as brake pads, rotors, calipers, or brake fluid — to ensure safe and effective stopping power. Regular brake maintenance is essential for vehicle safety and performance.
Reseal
Solve your engine leaks when you don't need a complete rebuild. We do a complete reseal with all new gaskets and seals in addition to new timing components. This is an ideal repair for engines that run well but have lots of leaks.
30/60/90/120K Maintenance
Refers to routine maintenance performed at 30,000-mile intervals to keep a vehicle running smoothly and reliably. These services typically include oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, tire rotations, brake inspections, and timing belt or spark plug replacements as needed, based on the vehicle’s manufacturer recommendations.
Diagnosis
Involves using specialized tools and expertise to identify issues in a vehicle’s systems—such as the engine, transmission, brakes, or electronics. Technicians read error codes, perform tests, and inspect components to determine the cause of warning lights, strange noises, or performance problems.
Oil Service
Involves draining old engine oil, replacing it with fresh oil, and installing a new oil filter. This routine maintenance helps keep the engine properly lubricated, reduces wear, and ensures optimal performance and longevity.
Tune Up
Maintenance service that helps keep your engine running efficiently. It typically includes replacing spark plugs, inspecting or replacing filters, checking ignition components, and ensuring the fuel and air systems are functioning properly. A tune-up can improve performance, fuel efficiency, and prevent future issues.
Clutch Service
Involves inspecting, adjusting, repairing, or replacing the clutch system components to ensure smooth gear shifting and proper power transfer from the engine to the transmission. This can include replacing the clutch disc, pressure plate, or hydraulic parts to restore optimal performance.
Tire Alignment/Rotation
Maintenance services that help extend tire life and improve vehicle handling. Alignment adjusts the angles of the tires to ensure they meet the road correctly, preventing uneven wear. Rotation involves moving tires to different positions on the vehicle to promote even tread wear across all tires.
Battery Replacement
Involves removing the old, worn-out car battery and installing a new one to ensure reliable engine starting and proper electrical system function. It’s essential for maintaining vehicle performance, especially in extreme weather conditions.
Auto Detailing
A thorough cleaning and restoration service for a vehicle’s interior and exterior. It goes beyond a regular wash to remove dirt, grime, and stains, polish surfaces, and protect paint, upholstery, and trim — helping the car look like new and maintain its value.
Electrical
Involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining the vehicle’s electrical systems, including the battery, wiring, lights, alternator, starter, and electronic control units. Proper electrical function is essential for everything from starting the engine to powering accessories and safety features.
Differential Service
Involves inspecting, cleaning, and replacing the fluid in a vehicle’s differential—the component that allows wheels to rotate at different speeds while turning. Regular service helps prevent wear, reduce noise, and ensure smooth power delivery to the wheels.
Radiator Flush
Maintenance service that involves draining and cleaning the cooling system to remove old coolant, rust, and debris. It helps improve the radiator’s efficiency, prevents overheating, and extends the life of the engine’s cooling system.
Power Steering Flush/Rebuild
Involves draining and replacing the old power steering fluid to remove contaminants, then inspecting and repairing or rebuilding components like the pump, rack, or hoses. This restores smooth steering performance and prevents leaks or failures.
